First to the Finish, Inc. provides sports equipment and apparel to high schools, colleges and clubs in track and field, volleyball and competitive swim markets. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic team member to develop and manage customer accounts.

Successful candidates will be involved in all areas from client base development to marketing strategies. First to the Finish, Inc. offers a fast-pace professional environment with the opportunity for individuals to grow and advance within the company.

Duties
1. Maintain current customer base while developing new customers and markets.
2. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
3. Travel to regional and national events promoting First to the Finish divisions.
4. Assist in catalog development.
5. Develop promotional programs and strategies.
6. Work the sports clinics and shows.

We are seeking full time customer-friendly Service Reps to handle customer orders, inquiries, track orders, and product returns in our growing call center.

Prior customer service experience preferred, but we will train candidates with the right stuff. Excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills, and PC literacy required.

Sportwide is seeking an experienced sales person with competitive swim background, i.e. coach and/or athlete to join the sales and marketing staff. The successful candidate will have a passion for competitive swim and an equal passion to connect with athletes and coaches in a sales capacity. This individual will be the “go-to” person in the competitive swim division.
