  Accountant
First to the Finish is seeking an experienced Accountant to Head the Accounting Department. The successful individual will be responsible for all accounting duties performed in the department. The individuals will coordinate all of the activities of the department personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
    Cash application
  • Monitor and collect past- due accounts
  • Perform customer collection activities
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies that may arise
  • Collaborate with sales force to resolve customer payment issues
  • A/R and GL account reconciliation and analysis and internal/external report generation
  • Backup for other finance function
  • Other tasks as required
    • Minimum Requirements:
    • Firm grasp of accounting principles with proven accounting background.
    • Working knowledge of accounting software
    • Ability to multi-task and coordinate and direct the efforts of others
    • Associates Degree or relevant experience
    • Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
    • 4+ years related experience
