I would recommend this to a friend!
Good sprint spikes, you'll get to know the balls of your feet very well. Watch out those who have heals that pronate (turn inwards) or have very flat feet, good technical sprint spike but not for everyone. Also the spikes that come with it were something like 1/4 to 1/2 inch Xmas trees (not commonly allowed on the track.)
