Threadborne material in the upper combines with UA SpeedForm construction to deliver a lightweight compression fit that forms to your foot. The result is a barely there feel that lets you focus on your race plan. Lightweight EVA foam in the midsole absorbs the force of impact while keeping you light on your feet — perfect for a miler. Lastly, a 3/4-length Pebax plate with shark skin traction in the heel and forefoot digs into the track and launches you forward, keeping you one step ahead of the competition.

I would recommend this to a friend!
This is a GREAT mid-distance running shoe! But the size is not what I expected. All comments indicate this shoe should be ordered in men's size. I wear a women's 7.5 so ordered size 6 in men's. The shoe is everything I expected EXCEPT the size appears to be a 6 in women's, not men's. So I have to exchange the shoe. Hopefully this is as hassle free as the site says.
