I would recommend this to a friend!
I used these with my 2018 and 2019 xc season first time running in 2018 and they were really decent. I lost a lot of my spikes racing @ sugar house park and cottonwood complex both in Salt Lake City. So I had to race spike less flats with these spikes in 2019 and didn't want to pay for another spike when these were in decent condition would definitely recommend these saucony kilkenny xc5 men's spikes to a new big footed inexperienced xc runner.
