I would recommend this to a friend!
These spikes are perfect, everything I ever wanted in a sprint spike. I run the 1, 2, and 4 and I'm a D1 athlet and these spikes provide me with cushion, support traction, and they keep me on the balls of my feet. The spikes a little heavier than the celar 3 i use to run in but feels way more agressive and gives me a faster turnover. overall the spikes greatfor everything from the 400m down. I would definetly recomend these to any sprinter looking for a new pair of spikes. plus I like the strap towards the toe.

I ordered these spikes and they shipped to my house in 2 days! I'm running the 100m, 200m, 4x4, 4x1, and long jump. I love the full plate, and the color is bright. My whole team crowed around me to look at how cool they were

I would recommend this to a friend!
I wore this shoe for 2 full seasons. I used it for 100, 200, 400, and Long Jump. Helped me win the state champinship as a Freshman last season in both the 1 and 2. Also came in 2nd in the AAU Junior Olympics.
