I would recommend this to a friend!
It is a good quality blank. Have run one race with them so far, and saved my spikes from getting ruined (which happened to three other people on my team). It does scrape against the asphalt when running (I was using a Nike xc Rival) and reduces the grip on downhills. A little mud dried in the groove but is mostly removable with a philips head screwdriver.
