The spikes that I had in my shoes were dull so I asked my coach for some and he handed me the schools spike box, I found some of these tree spikes and put them in my Zoom Matubos, during my first event, the mile I was unsure of whether I liked them or not but I ended up tying my pr. My last event was the two mile and these were amazing, I am generally the third fastest runner on my schools varsity team but I was the fastest in from my team in the two mile by over 100 meters, I destroyed the time my coach set for me by 23 seconds, and I was fourth overall in the event. I know that I will have to defend and maybe even pick up a few spots but with these spikes on my shoes I know I can do it.
